I went on google and saw the outside too - it's really cute! really homey like - i can see you guys living there. i think after hearing the history of the previous owner it really makes it even better....inside is cool - seems like it would need some work like what you were telling me about but appears to be a sweet neighborhood and yard....good lighting.... lots of potential to make it something you and the danners love .... keep me posted dooks.
